The Roseland Reconnection Hub is the first of it’s kind in the city of Chicago. It’s a centralize place for youth ages 16 to 24 who are disconnected from work and/or school. Our goal is to connect youth to jobs, school completion options, and have an overall support system all in one - stop.
“A Hub offers a rich set of services to empower youth and improve their lives.”
- Karin Norington - Reaves, CEO at Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership
The Roseland Reconnection Hub launched in October 2018 with a unique model to get youth ages 16-24 on the path to jobs and education. The Hub is a place where a young person can receive their own personal success coach that will help them navigate services and resources to reach the goal of getting a job or reconnecting to school.
The Roseland Reconnection Hub is located inside Phalanx Family Services, a social service agency where youth can utilize resources on-site.
